Creating a countryside-inspired bath, body and home brand: concepts, products, labels, packaging, Shopify, SEO and AI search foundations, and managed social content.
The brief
What the business needed.
Faye & Field started with an idea for a bath, body and home brand inspired by British country life. Turning that idea into a business meant deciding what it stood for, shaping the opening range and making every part feel connected. The identity on a bottle, the story on a product page, the packaging at the door and the content in a social feed all needed to belong to the same brand. The brief covered the creative work and the practical setup needed to start taking orders.
The approach
How the pieces came together.
Give the idea a recognisable identity
Brand concepts, positioning, naming, visual identity and tone of voice established a modern British countryside direction. The work developed a family of collections spanning Bath & Body, Home Fragrance, The Tack Room and Little Fields, each with its own character and a clear relationship to Faye & Field.
Manage the products and their presentation
The opening range was shaped alongside product names, scent stories and label designs. Artwork, proof revisions and supplier-ready files were coordinated with product information and GS1 barcode records. Packaging details extended the identity into tissue, seals, branded boxes and thank-you materials, making the arrival of an order part of the experience.
Build the Shopify business
The Shopify build brought the brand into a working shop: homepage, collection navigation, product pages, imagery, customer information and the buying journey. Catalogue setup, stock, delivery and fulfilment arrangements were handled alongside the storefront. A seasonal box added one-off and subscription purchase options to the range.
Create a world of content
Product copy, packshots, lifestyle imagery and collection stories gave the shop and campaigns a shared creative direction. The Autumn No. 01 edition, The Long Way Home, combined a wash, a candle and an original Field Notes story. That single concept carried through the product, packaging, website and launch content.
Lay the SEO and AI search foundations
Descriptive product and collection titles, search descriptions, clear range information and brand storytelling made the offer easier to understand. The SEO and GEO work focused on useful content foundations: explaining what the products are, who they are for and how the collections connect. This gives search engines and AI-assisted discovery clearer information about the brand.
Run the social launch as a managed programme
Social media work covered concepts, creative direction, content production, captions and scheduling for Facebook and Instagram. Feed posts, carousels, Reels and Stories introduced the brand, its four collection worlds and the seasonal edition. A two-week launch calendar gave the business a prepared programme of content, with ongoing social management connected to the products and store.

A result you can assess.
Faye & Field launched in September 2026 with a defined identity, a coordinated product and packaging range, a live Shopify store and a prepared social launch programme. Customers can move from discovering the brand into its collections, stories and seasonal box. The same creative direction carries from the first social post through to the product that arrives at their door, with the store and content programme in place for the next stage.
